Within Germany

Within Germany For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are €5.50. For partial deliveries, this amount will only be charged once for the first delivery.

Deliveries above 80 € are free of shipping costs.

Postage for small items (value of goods under € 10.00) is € 2.90.

Within Europe

For deliveries within Europe the shipping costs are 13.00 €.

Deliveries above 80 € are free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

Packages are normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days by DHL after receipt of payment. Shipment tracking is possible. Delivery is made without signature. We will send you a link for tracking. We deliver within the shortest possible time. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you about a possible subsequent delivery.

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Returns from Germany

Returns within Germany are currently free of charge.

Spare parts, washing and care products are excluded from exchange.

Refund

Once the goods have been returned to us, you will be refunded as soon as possible via your chosen payment method.

Please note that the return policy only applies to unworn, unwashed and unblemished items. Use the original packaging if possible. Make sure that the item tags or item labels remain on the item.
